During PURE’s annual meeting days, we organized a team-building activity envisioning the future of the fitness industry using Lego. Participants explored how technology and AI might shape the industry in 100 years, and emphasizing values they cherish. This exercise encouraged insightful discussions, fostered inspiration, and strengthened the team’s alignment with the company’s vision.
